Concentrate grape juice/must
Concentrate grape juice or must is used as a natural ingredient and is obtained from pressed grapes. Its water content is partially removed by evaporation. It can either be used to sweeten, for coloring or as a substrate for the fermentation process in wines and other alcoholic beverages.It is also used in fruit juices by the food industry.
